IT'S Christmas in Albert Square - so clearly terrible things must happen. This year doesn't disappoint as Tanya takes a plunge down the stairs in front of her horrified kids.
The shocking scene happens after all the Brannings and Slaters are treated to the video evidence of Stacey and Max having a good old snog - on the day she wed Bradley.
A show insider whispers: "Tanya is furious. She rushes home and packs a suitcase and tells the girls that they are leaving - along with two-week-old baby Oscar.
"Max is desperate to stop her and his pleading turns into a tussle at the top of the stairs. Tanya loses her footing and falls to the bottom as the rest of the family stand by helplessly.
"The Christmas Day episode ends with no one sure whether Tanya is dead or alive."
Happily, TV Land readers know she's soon snogging Sean Slater so a recovery can't be far off. Phew.

I just want to know how they've managed to keep that tape secret for so long....... glad Tanya lives though  Like Sky, I'm sooooo ready for this to blow wide open. |
