4 tablespoons butter

Kosher salt
Fresh ground pepper
Sour cream

Layer the potato slices in circles on bottom of pan and brush with melted butter add onion, sprinkle with Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Repeat layering until you're out of potatoes - about 4 or 5 times. Top with final butter, salt and pepper. Bake in 450 degree oven for 45 minutes. Turn up oven to 500 and bake for 15 minutes.
Broccoli Almondine

Now that sounds good! Chocolate works for me! I got some great ones the other day from a chocolate shop here in town. Curry chocolate. Chocolate was originally made with spice so this awesome.
It looks great and I can hopefully try it soon. |

Looks and smells yummy. Saw this thread this morning while I was fasting (luke advised me not to come here though! ) ... will try after Ramadan.
But Aja, I hate any sort of fat with meat (one of the reasons I rarely eat red meat). So can you please advise me which part of beef should I buy that has the LEAST amount of fat. Even when I cook chicken (from which I only buy breasts as contains least amount of fat), i spend cutting them into small pieces so that I can get rid off fats as much as possible.
Cheers |
