I like it with prawns as I not overly fond of cold fish, but either way it is light and healthy and a great dish for the summer. |

have you heard of escabeche? it looks a bit like ceviche, but with cooked rather than raw fish
ecuadorian ceviche sounds like it could be good, they add tomato to the sauce
i will have a try of ceviche is the summer, maybe with a mix of prawns and fish and see how it works |

I think ceviche is sort of like paella or stew....you can put whatever you like in it. Yum...I might have to make some this afternoon! |
